In Prayer:
- God the Father is the One who receives our requests. (Jn.16:23).
- God the Son is the One in whose name we pray. (Jn16:23)
- God the Spirit directs us in our requests. (Rom.8:26).
In Glory:
- God the Father eventually receives the Millennial Kingdom (1 cor.15:24)
- God the Son will change our earthly bodies to glorified bodies. (Phi.3:21)
- God the Spirit gives the invitation. (Rev.22:17).
Some facts regarding Trinity
- Lord our God is one. (Deu.6:4)
- No man has seen God. (Jn.1:18, 1 Jn.4:12)
- No man can see God and live. (Ex. 33:20).
- God sent His own Son. (Gal.4:4)
- Jesus Christ came to reveal God. (Jn.14:7-11), 17:3).
- Jesus said “I and the Father are one”. (Jn.10:30)
- Jesus said “Before Abraham I am” (Jn.8:58)
- Jesus claimed equality with Father and the Holy Spirit. (Matt.28:19, 2Cor.13:14).
- Jesus received worship due to God. (Rom.1:4).
- Christ is the image of the Invisible God. (Col.1:15, 1Jn.5:20)
- Jesus said “He that hath seen me has seen the Father”. (Jn.14:9).
- Christ’ pre-incarnate Glory. (Jn.17:5).
- Transfiguration: Glimpse of Christ’ pre-incarnate Glory. (Matt.17:2).
- Stephen saw Jesus at the right hand of God. (Acts.7:55-56).
- Christ had certain work to accomplish. (Jn.5:36)
- Jesus is human like us except that He was sinless, for He never committed sin, He did not possess the sinful nature.
- Life of Christ: Incarnation, Crucifixion, Resurrection, Ascension and Second Coming.
- The Ascension of Christ – Exalted Conqueror.
The HOLY SPIRIT:
- He teaches (Jn.14:26).
- He testifies of our Relationship with (Rom.8:16).
- He guides. (Rom.8:14).
- He helps us to live a life pleasing to God. (Gal.5:16)
- He helps us in Prayer (Rom.8.26).
- He is the author of Scriptures. (2Pet.1:20.21, 2Tim.3:16)
- He gives life to our bodies – Rom.8:11
- He gives power and boldness to witness. (Acts1:8).
- He testifies that Jesus is alive (Acts.5:30).
- He introduces the Supernatural realm. (1cor.12:4 ,8-10).
- He fills our spirit with true worship to God. (Eph.5:18.19).
- He glorifies Jesus (Jn.16:13-15).
